A recent distinguished global McKinsey Partner and Business-Building CEO-in-Residence, and a highly acclaimed Fortune 50/500 senior growth executive — SVP of Enterprise Growth at Best Buy and Chief Growth Officer at Polaris — leading marketing, sales, strategic alliances, international growth and leadership capabilities.
She has founded and led the build of 18 greenfield businesses (4 unicorns) and turnarounds across B2B, B2C and AI globally, and led the customer-centric transformations of five large organizations across five continents. An experienced corporate, private-equity and family-office board director — serving in Board Chair and Vice Chair roles in technology/AI and chairing audit, governance, strategy/growth, technology and human-capital committees.
A deep technology designer and enabler — including AI and cyber — she is an expert in M&A, strategic alliances, talent selection, business rhythm and culture for strong financial performance. She has held an active CPA license for 30 years, is an early-stage investor, and has been profiled by Harvard Business Review, IMD Switzerland, Bloomberg and more than 25 books and periodicals.
